EZ Lawn Mowing

Services

Everything I do —in plain English.

Text me the address and I’ll send a flat number for any of these — usually within the hour. The price you get is the price you pay. No surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Sharp blade, even cut, edged borders, walks blown clean. Same morning every week — bagging on request.

I cut at the right height for the season — taller in July and August so the lawn keeps moisture and the roots stay shaded, shorter in spring and fall when the grass actually wants it. Sharp blade every visit (I sharpen Sunday nights). Bag if you ask, mulch-cut by default. Fair, flat price; no surprise add-ons.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp lines along the drive, walks, and beds. String-trim around fences, posts, and trees. Done at every visit.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp the whole week. String-trimmer around fence lines, trees, mailbox, A/C unit — anywhere the mower can’t reach. Final pass with the blower so nothing carries onto your patio or into the street.

  • Leaf Cleanup

Fall pile-up handled. Bagged, hauled, gone — front, back, beds, and along the fence line.

North Texas leaves come down hard in November. I show up with the backpack blower and tarps, clear the lawn and beds, blow out gutters from the ground where I can reach, bag and haul everything. Most yards are a one-visit job; bigger lots may take two passes.

  • Mulch Refresh

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black. Pulled-back, hand-spread to depth, clean edge against the lawn.

Old mulch fluffed or removed if it’s clumped, fresh mulch hand-spread to a consistent two-to-three inches around plants and trees, kept off the trunks. Clean line where bed meets grass. Bulk-delivered or bagged — your call.

  • Tree & Bush Trimming

Shape boxwoods and shrubs, lift low branches, prune at the right time of year so the plant stays healthy.

Hand-pruning and hedge-trimmer work — boxwoods squared up, crepe myrtles lifted (no crepe murder), small trees thinned. Timed to the plant, not the calendar. All clippings hauled off.

  • Seasonal Cleanup

The big spring or fall reset — debris hauled, beds edged, mulch refreshed, lawn ready for the season ahead.

Twice-a-year property reset. Spring: cut back winter-killed perennials, edge beds, refresh mulch, blow out beds. Fall: leaves bagged, beds blown clean, sticks hauled, the lawn prepped for dormancy. Quoted flat after a quick walk-through.

Starts at $150 · per visit

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
